The Thing Called Love (1993)

Starring Sandra Bullock, Samantha Mathis, River Phoenix and K.T. Oslin as an Amy Kurland (owner of The Bluebird Cafe) clone. This Peter Bogdanovich film revolves around a love triangle and a group of struggling songwriters trying to make it in Nashville. Lots of country music (the soundtrack was released on Giant Records) and artist cameos including the webmaster who drank a cup of coffee in the diner scene.
